All prices stated on this website are in U.S. Dollars. You may use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order. We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us.

We take fraud very seriously. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer. 

 

  • Duties and taxes

All customers shall promptly pay all duties and taxes, any additional charges for customs clearance and any other applicable charges imposed by any local or government authority of the destination country before the item is delivered to your local mailing/delivery address or made available for self-collection at any self-collection point.

 

  • What can I do if the payment for my order is declined?

If your payment has been declined, you will need to place your order again. We are not able to reinstate an order once the payment has been declined.

  1. Check the card details to make sure the information is correct, e.g. the expiry date or your billing address.
  2. Make sure you enter the security code correctly - that is the three-digit number on the back of your card.
  3. Your card issuer may have declined your payment - as they do not tell us the reason for this, it is best to check with them or contact your bank.

If you have tried all these and are still having problems, you may wish to contact our Customer Care Team with as many details as you can about the issue - including any error messages you receive and we will try to resolve it as soon as we can.

 

  • Can I amend/cancel my order after I have placed it?

Unfortunately, as we aim to ship out your items as soon as possible, we will be unable to cancel your order after payment has been made. Therefore, please thoroughly check every detail provided before making payment.

 

  • Successful payment

After successful payment, your order will be processed by our team within 2 working days.
